Can I collect my purchase? 

Smaller purchases (usually under €1,900) can be collected from the shop where you made your purchase. This will also be noted on your order. You will be notified by telephone as soon as the furniture has been received. 

If you wish to collect the furniture yourself from the shipping company, this is also possible. This is often done in connection with transport abroad. You can then make an appointment with the furniture shipping company. The furniture must be paid for in full before you can take it with you.
